New Additon...
...To My Page! I thought my few readers might enjoy some music as they read my blog. I thought it would be even more fun for you, the reader, to listen to my current favorite music. Then you get the whole Meghan-esc feel! Its different everytime you log on, or if you click a new page! If you find you do not like the song randomly chosen you can change it by clicking the "next" button and another fabulous song will come up! I have chosen a wide variety from: Taylor Swift (my current favorite) The Jonas Brothers (because lets face it, who doesnt like the Jonas Brothers?!) Music from the Twilight soundtrack (Currently my favorite movie, book series, and quiet music to listen to and includes music from Edward himself -Rob Pattinson as well as Blue Foundation) Ben Lee (the only song of his I like) and Lady Gaga (no explanation needed). So sit back, relax, turn your speakers up, and happy reading!
Random Musings
Part of keeping a blog is for me to keep track of my life! I often regret I didnt keep more of a journal growing up even if I did keep everything else under the sun! I want to be able to look back and be like "oh yeah! that happened!" because often times we forget the little things in life! Which leads me to my point of this particular blog...
One of the BEST parts about my job working for the Mariners is the player sightings in the tunnel of Safeco Field. Asa total Baseball fanatic this brings much excitement to see many of my favorite ball players or well known ball players. As summer gets closer and I spend it all at Safeco Field, be prepared for my random "guess who I saw tonight?!?!?!" posts. It will happen. I mean, how many people can say that they see, say hello to, and sometimes talk to some of the most amazing players in the game of baseball? And not on the field. Up close and personal. Not many..and so I am preceding to make a quick list of players I have seen/talked to. Feel free not to read. Its merely so I can look back and remember and continue to add to my unique experience!
Off the top of my head:

Taylor Swift!!!
I got an amazing opportunity to go see Taylor Swift when she was at the Key Arena!!! One of my good friend's Brittainy whom I have known since elementary school had an extra ticket and asked me to come with her and some of her other friends!!! We had AMAZING seats - our pictures dont do it justice and Taylor was FANTASTIC. I love her music and her attitude and just think she is a great role-model!! Here are some pictures! Enjoy!
**These are Brittainy's**
Encore - Should've Said No - It rained on stage!!!

Forever & Always
Teardrops on My Guitar
Sparkly Guitar!!!
Opening - You belong with Me

** Now Mine**
This picture doesnt do it justice, but our seats were right next to the right stage platform... I could see the whites of her eyes!!!
Encore song was Shouldve said no -- it rained on stage. The glare made it hard to get a good picture...but way cool!
After You're Not Sorry - One of my favorite parts - she remixed Justin Timberlakes What Goes Around and the screen there says You Got What You Deserved
Kellie Pickler opened...all I have to say is WOW she can sing!!!
The Entire Band - They were awesome!
Opening with "You Belong With Me" - the screen was behind us
Our Proximity to the stage - incredible!

30 Hour Fast
Chelsea, Sarah and I will be partaking in the Campus wide 30 hour fast starting at noon tomorrow until 6pm Thursday. To encourage non-cheating we are thinking of a killer bet for the first one to cave in...any suggestions?! Chelsea says cleaning the litter box for a week. I think thats lame..We will have to think of a better one! Let me know if you have a good one!!!- M
Ohhh The Thunder
It isn't very often - maybe only two - three times a spring/summer that we get thunderstorms here in Eburg. Tonight was one of those. For as long as I can remember I have HATED thunder and lightning. It gives me chills and strikes a fear in me even though I know it can't get me...
I called my mom freaking out like a baby and hid under the blanket until it went away since my roomies thought it would be fun to open the doors and windows to watch and hear! Not cool! And now you know what utterly frightens me in life! Thunderstorms!

Fun Time With Friends
I seriously have some of the best friends here at Central. I find it ironic that part of the charm of Central was that there weren't that many people from high school that attended and I would meet new people! Well I certainly did, but I also managed to become friends with people I went to High school with!! I knew of Allie and Kyle (infact Al and I didnt really get along in highschool..) but it wasnt until we lived in the same dorm freshman year that we became friends. And of course Chelsea my roomie and I played softball together and were friends in highschool and our other roomate Sarah went to IHS with us too. Kyle transferred back home last year and we all miss him terribly! He came to visit Allie this weekend and we had a small gathering Saturday night of friends! We had a great time and it was nice to relax after doing homework Friday and Saturday! We ended up dancing at the bars a favorite of ours when we get a chance! Here are some pictures from our fun Saturday night!
